Mother Nature is the ultimate workout buddy. Climbing is a great total-body workouts with variable series of movements that challenge muscle memory, circulation and cardio fitness. If you have never climbed you can do it directly on a natural rock and on routes up to 30 meters high. Our professional guide will prepare the routes so you can climb safely. Experienced climbers we offer more committed climbing routes or coaching to improve level and skills.
INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP COACHING
Outdoor coaching is offered to maximum 3 persons, indoor climbing can also be taught to bigger groups. Working with 2 or 3 people allows the focus to be more on technique and personal guidance.
